Poached Salmon in miso

600 mls filtered water

2 heap tbs miso paste

150 g salmon x2 

2 cups mixed Asian greens

1/2 cup sliced mushrooms  of choice

5 cm ginger sliced 

 bean shouts, coriander, red chili 

Bring water to the boil add miso stir until dissolved add salmon, ginger and greens cook 4-5 minutes. serve topping with coriander, bean shouts, chili. 

you can also add brown rice or noodles if desired.
