Bone Broth

Bone Broth
1/2 kilo of bones of choice
2 chicken feet this adds extra gelatin
Add 2-3 egg shells for added calcium
1/4 cup organic apple cider vinegar this helps to draw minerals from the bones
1 tbs sea salt
1 organic brown onion roughly chopped l leave skin on
2-3 sticks of organic celery leave leafs on roughly chopped
1-2 organic carrots roughly chopped
6 peppercorns
2 bay leaves
8 springs of flat leaf parsley
2 garlic cloves
Put everything in a large slow cooker with about .5 liters of water or so bones are covered, start on high skim frothy/ foamy top with a slit spoon reduce to low after an hour. Leave to cook for 24 hours chicken can be for 12 hours. Strain
Can be Serve with any of these or as a combination- coriander, turmeric, cayenne pepper, slice of lemon or minced ginger
Other spices you could add to the cooking process are turmeric for anti-inflammatory, nigella sativa are said to cure everything but death, whole dried cloves toxicity prevention joints and digestion.
