Berylicious Coconut Drink

Easy snack which is hydrating high in fiber and antioxidants.

Serves 1

Open coconut,empty water into blender

Scoop out coconut with a spoon and add to blender

Add a cup of berries (frozen strawberries, blueberries, rasperberries or a mix)

Add 30grams of protein powder. This is optional

A tablespoon of cacao powder. Thisi is optional

Blend until your desired consistency and voila, you have refreshing snack!
